The ROI of a dispute.
Every dispute is also a financial decision. Before recommending any step, Ocean works through four questions with you, so the strategy makes practical sense, not only legal sense.
Then you get a plan in plain language, a clear next step, and updates as it unfolds.
- CostIs the likely outcome worth what it will cost?
- A realistic budget for each stage that strategically leans on secure, business-grade technology, weighed against what is actually at stake.
- RiskWhat is the realistic range of results?
- The strengths, the weak points and what the other side is likely to do, stated plainly.
- RecoveryIf you succeed, can it be collected?
- Assets, security and enforcement are part of the plan from the start, not an afterthought.
- RouteWhat is the most efficient path?
- A demand, a negotiation, a motion or a trial: the step that moves your matter forward at a sensible cost.
In clients’ words.
Excerpts of reviews written by clients Ocean Enbar served before he founded Enbar Litigation. Every matter is different, and past clients’ experiences are not a promise of any particular outcome.
